Ah these videos are so helpful! I have recommended your videos to other students on the LLB! :) Very clear and easier to understand than so many academic textbooks out there lol
Marcus, 1st off, thank you for your videos...!! 2nd, I am wondering if an email returned is an "acceptance" if my email says, "any further emails from you is full acceptance to my terms of this agreement" Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!
HI, I really love your videos, they are helping me to prepare for my exams, I have a question which is related to the Entores v Miles Far East Corp case, what about a situation when I accepted an offer via voice mail as the shop was closed when I called back? as I asked to think about the price and I said I will call back by 5 Pm same day, but when I called 5.35 the shop was closed , so I left a voicemail, and also wrote a letter same day accepting the offer and attached the money in the letter. but the cleaner accidentally unplugged the telephone, so they actually only listen to my voicemail on the day when I was due to pick up the book, and the same day my letter and the money arrived. But because of this the book was already closed. So in this case as I accepted the offer via voicemail we had a contract even if he didn't listened to it? Also if I use the postal rule we have a contract as as Posted my letter to accept the offer. Is this correct? But on the other hand we talking about a book in a shop so selling a book to me is not an offer its just invitation to treat? Thanks
Marcus, thank you so much for all your efforts! You are my first reference before starting to prepare for an exam. Please, keep up the good work!

Please cover frustration, damages and duress as well.
Ty.
Can an offeree terminate the contract after accepting the offer ?
Often that is really dependent on the terms of the contract. For example in consumer law there is generally a cooling off period.
are those love bites on your neck haha!
I wish!
