| Awesome! Didn't really have expectations, but I liked that a lot. This season rocks. Very likable characters. Good chemistry between the leads. Actual genuine emotion. Intriguing supernatural elements. And so much potential! I just have to worry that this will get an unsatisfactory ending or an anime original ending. |

| This is the kind of fluff that's actually fun to watch. Even with the occasional fanservice shot, it's much more subtle than with Ben-To and I actually didn't mind it as much as I thought I would. I also really liked the OP animation. |

| This is... not good, to put it bluntly. The fanservice was not appealing in the slightest. What a shame, there are some great seiyuus in this anime. Ririchiyo sounds/acts exactly like Victorique from Gosick, and the guy with silver hair (forgot his name) is really attractive, but lacks an interesting personality. I'll see how it gets next week, but I'm probably gonna drop it. |

It would go from absurd comedy to bulling depression in a span of a few seconds. I also zoned out a couple of times during the episode because of all the dialogue and nothing really to focus on. I am curious as to where this show will go. I see potential in it. So far episode 1 was a nice starter and introduction to the characters and their supernatural abilities. I can't wait to meet the other tenants. 4/5 Pretty much this. Started out really liking Ririchiyo's exposition, but then Super Emasculation Servant Man/Fox showed up and dear God I hope he develops. Also, I'm don't appreciate fanservice from a character if there's no serious love interest involved... nor am I too keen on master/servant relationships, but we shall see! |

Mr. Heterochromia is pretty amusing. Strategic chibi scenes actually worked, and I normally hate chibi. Ms. Lesbo is gonna get annoying REALLY fast. Too much lolidumb fanservice for pedophiles, though. So... I'm scared that this is going to be some endless nonsense, because of the whole "I want to change" deal. | Well i have to say this was interesting. Ririchyo's a pretty refreshing character, quite a weird variant of tsundere which i actually like - not like loli tsunderes that tend to be annoying. Dog guy was kinda fun getting Ririchyo to accept him, quite a crafty bish. I already like Ririchyo's seiyuu though it seems it's her 2nd role i know. Hikasa Youko's charater fits her totally, feels like Shino but lesbian. \o/ Also HanaKana dandere. \o/ |
